How friggin stupid is that?  Then they had Andrew Weissmann on as an "expert" to talk about Comey, etc.  He is one of the worst political hacks out there.  It's no surprise that the left is so incredibly misinformed and uninformed.

During the Obama and Biden administrations illegal immigrants (undocumented noncitizens) within the United States were afforded the right to the writ of habeas corpus under the U.S. Constitution. ICE hired 10,000 additional personnel since Trump took office in 2025. The National Guard has been called in to support ICE police.

They didn't have a 10M surge from the prior admins, dishonest 24/7 media coverage, and half the country infected with TDS following and disrupting agents.

It is apparent you don't have all the facts about why during Obama's presidency unaccompanied migrant children were held in detention facilities for up to 72 hours before they were transferred to a department of health facility.

Trump's administration 2017-2021 detained significantly more migrant children for longer periods than the Obama administration, though both presidencies faced scrutiny for their policies. Data showed that more children were held for longer than 72 hours, the legal limit for holding children in border facilities during Trump's administration.
