I don't know the strategy because it hasn't been stated.  I'm assuming there is one.  I could theorize a couple things:

1. Iran bragged about enriched urnanium, have been a pain in the ass, and Israel was going to hit them so we joined in.

2. It's a plan to hurt Russia and China - started with Maduro who was aligned with them, Hamas, etc.......cut off the oil to hurt them.  Also has a downstream effect, as Cuba's economy can't be helped if that's cut off - hurts Russa/China.  Get rid of Iran - hurts Russia / China.

I have stated a couple times I'm in wait and see mode.  War makes me feel sick, so I didn't like it when I saw the original news.  If this drags out, like it could, I will not be happy.
