Bodybuilding food myths

Oatmeal is good because it "stays with you"  ::) it doesn't.


Brown rice is better than white. If you look at the nutrition label, brown is only slightly better for you and tastes disgusting.

You know I am a nutritional expert so you cant talk crap when I am around, white rice is stripped of the outer layer which has most of the vitamins and fiber, the white rice is fast digesting which crashes your blood sugar levels get your hunger hormones out of wack and make you hungry faster which is a big no for people who are dieting.

you never want to eat brown rice as bodybuild only white,, brown rice is for your dog if he need something diferent,, we don't eat brown rice get it out of your heads,, also oats is good but with in reason too mvuh and you wil sit on the toilet and hve explosive poopsters

we never eat clean aside from last few weeks of prep,, we eat sushi though tht many in society think of as clean ,, but yes we eat lot of raw fish atleast i do but so are many others i thnk i brought the sushi to be main stream in advance bodybuild ,, its the best food perios infact jap food is the best food period for longevity nothing is beter

It is definitely effective, but I feel that for me it's not a maintainable lifestyle diet. It's definitely effective in terms of getting you shredded, but it depends on what your goals are. I want to feel optimal, have high energy levels, want to have endurance (I run and swim a lot), get good pumps while I train, be functional in various activities, so I feel that for me actually a high carb, low fat diet is the best for my life style.

protein powder is one of thie! worst thngs ever in bodybuild and fitness and athletics in general ,, it make kids thnk they can be me and they fuck thmselfs realy good with puff puff face and chubb chubb body,, you don't need protein powders you need real legit yum yum,, protein powdrs is for profesionals to make money from in a contract..thts where it start and that where it ends,,

drink eggwhites in stead this is best thing for boybuild,, if you cant stand the taste put it with almond chocolate milk ,, this is a combo i made that wipe the floor with any other drink out thre and many gh15ers and athletes in general use it in 2016,,

don't drink alcohol
don't smoke

your chance to be successful bodybuild with longevity.. climb way up

it depends what you are on hormone wize,, when yo uare professional we use high carbs this is very important to us with high dose of fda gh and insulin and legit phrmacutical igf ...high carbs sometimes 1000 per day! we cycle it but we prep on high carbs,,

high protein is always good but it ned to go in ratio to the other things..you don't just stuff in you protein if you don't have enough lean muscle to be able to use it and ofcourse the correspondent doses of LEGIT hormones

anabolic window is balonie really but wn you are ocd some see it as important and also when you are on insulina there is important time period where you need to get things right

drinking is better,, sugar you want suggggggggggggggggar during training ,, this is all you need ,, especialy in high level which is always what i talk about aka the pros
