That is when the guy shot him.  All of the bullet casings were in the shooters car who didn't leave the scene. THere are also cameras I was told. It appears the one witness who told the reported media story was full of shit. We know you can't trust the media. We shall see what is the truth.

Saint anus is a dumbfuck who does not understand anything about about how investigations proceed and how finite details make all of the difference in charging someone immediately  and why they should be held with or without bond pending preliminary hearings and how in situations that aren't so clear cut it could be a misstep  in a later prosecution to charge one too soon. The fact that the guy stood around and waited for the cops and turned over his weapon lends to his credibility.
