i tried something like that last year, and here's basically what i ate:
meal one: oatmeal and whey protien powder
meal two: chicken breast cooked in olive oil and rice
meal three: steak and whole potatoes
meal four: same as meal 2
it was dull as fuck eating that bland shit and my lazyass didnt like to cook 3 fucking times a day, so i chucked it after bout 3 weeks
funny thing is it did save me some cash but i just hated the cooking and blandness of it
out of curiousity what meal plan would you propose for me?

Dude, three weeks is not enough time to see the benefits of this kind of diet. I don't get how lazy can you be, just turn on your oven, usually a oven has three shelves inside, 1 shelf put a pan of chicken breast lets say 6, next shelf a tray of salmon fillets lets say 3, last shelf a tray of top sirloin steaks again 3 of them, load up your rice cooker with anytype of rice, make 6 cups, get three sweet potato put in the microwave 7 min, buy a jug of liquid egg whites, buy 6 cans of tuna, and 1 pack of rice cakes, 3 jars of sweet potato baby food, and 3 bananas, 3 avocado, 1 bag of brocoli. This is your food for 3 days, so you cook every 3 days, the 7th day eat all that shit you are eating now

Meal1: blender, ice, liquid egg whites, 1 jar sweet potato baby food, 1 banana, cinnamon -blend and drink super easy and nutritious
Meal2: chicken and 1 cup rice
Meal3: 2 can tuna, half an avocado, mush it all together add hot sauce if you want, and 3 or 4 rice cakes..again fast and easy
Meal4: Steak and sweet potato
Meal5: Chicken and 1 cup rice
Meal6: Salmon, half avocado, and broccoli
If you want add more greens to meals 2-6, do this for a month see what happens, this is a very simple diet basic diet, monitor your progress and adjust macros from there, Im not sure what you weigh, you may need to adjust things according to your stats and activity levels, if you're that lean eating the foods you're currently eating you'll probably need more cals. What do you have to lose? If you don't like it go back to McD's and Pizza.
