Very little or no sauce, not fried, grilled, no added sugar, healthy fats, limit processed foods and added sugars.

Personally, I try limit my red meat and have mostly fish for protein.

Also, I keep milk and dairy low.

Ideally, try and reduce acidic foods which contribute to arthritis and inflammation in the body.

Back in the 80s and 90's eating clean meant low fat and no sauces, just plain food without seasoning.
