Fish, chicken, meat, vegetables, brown rice, rice, some wholegrains, lots of fruit.
Very little or no sauce, not fried, grilled, no added sugar, healthy fats, limit processed foods and added sugars.
Personally, I try limit my red meat and have mostly fish for protein.
Also, I keep milk and dairy low.
Ideally, try and reduce acidic foods which contribute to arthritis and inflammation in the body.
