Absolutely 100% truth, albeit is hilarious. ..just enjoying the ride broski! Lifes too short not to be pumped up on a date..but this only applies to new girls, if its a girl ive been dating for a while then no need for this pre date routine ;)

I've seen you posting for awhile now and want to tell you a couple things:

1. You could do well in MPD or classic physique if you wanted to compete.

2. You seem like a positive, optimistic dude.

3. I've been on my share of cruises and always enjoyed the experience.
It's got to be a lot better being a ship's officer, but it look like some long days.

4. You appear to have a decent working knowledge of what makes females tick.

I have competed in MFD, 3 shows, won 2, 3rd show was a national level placed in the top 10 out of 35 plus dudes. But looking to do classic physique next show.
Yes being an officer you have many special entitlements then the regular employee, my own cabin being one of them, access to the passenger gym, officers mess (which has way better food the the crew mess) but yes the hours are taxing..i avg around 70-80 hours a week..5 month straight contract..no days off..so you have to have unbelievable stamina to withstand this style of work, which is why the turnover rate is super high in the cruise industry..and majority of Americans cant handle completing a 5 month contract some only last days.

I take 30 mg of halotestin  before a date. It does the job  ;)

Tell me that's not you in your profile pic? Wearing sunglasses in your bedroom in your mom's height at night.

If your conditioning is good enough, you don't need a pump to look good.

Never once thought of pumping up before going out... I've seen many clowns do it though.  Pretty pathetic actually, as if any woman gives a shit, or anyone else for that matter.  If you're truly big and muscular there is no need for it, and you've probably never thought of doing it.

80 hours a week is a lot. How many hours working out are added to that?
You complete 2 of those 5 month contracts a year, each year?

No doubt, the top positions on board (F&B director, Chief engineer, Hotel director, Executive Housekeeper) work around 100 they are on call 24-7, I train 45 min to 1 hour a day, I average anywhere from 8-12 miles walking a day on my pedometer for work, ship is huge 15 decks, 1000 feet long and I run 6 decks that I have to constantly check on from up and down different decks to the front to back of the ship, I've had guys who worked for me lose 30-40 pounds in a 5 month contract just from all the walking the job requires (no training in gym). And yes 2, 5 month contracts a year, or you can extend, in which I completed 2 contracts in one shot, worked 9 months straight with out a day off, so I could have 12 weeks vacation to train for my last show. I'm the only American that has ever done that, most people can't work 9 days without a day off. The struggle is real broski!

You're no hero.  You're pulling mad ass on those cruises.  It doesn't count as work if others would pay top dollar to do it.
