The interesting thing about Kidney-Colon-Dead.jpg, is that it sort of originated this trend, and for a while, it was the only prominent example.  Not anymore.

Sadly, yes.  He died in February of 2013, slightly before Nasser died.  He was only 40.

I recall someone saying he had an opiate addiction, so it may have been an overdose.  I read that a heart attack was the cause of death, so I am not exactly clear of all the details.  I think opiates are relatively nontoxic, but I also think they allow bodybuilders to mask pain and side effects and do volumes of drugs that they otherwise could not get away with.

I heard Duvall had a pill problem, yes. And once you are an established addict it is actually pretty difficult to OD on them, it isn't like heroin where you don't know what you are taking.

I actually expected this to be posted here, because this fits the bill as a "cryptic" picture. Was there ever confirmation that this actually was Munzer?

Was wondering the same thing. This picture has been around for a while supposedly showing Munzer's autopsy but the face is not visible and without any further confirmation.

That's a good question.  It may well be a competitive bodybuilder based on the mass of the body, but I am also unsure if that actually is Munzer.

Most drug abusers that I trained with in the late 80's and 90's have some type of kidney and/or liver issues now.  A few are dead.
