If anything he's probably one the healthiest guys in the entire IFBB. He turned pro in a few shows, He's competed once a year since pretty much the beginning of his career (so probably hasn't had to do a ton of cycles) Has had huge contracts straight out the gate, so I don't see him having high levels of financial stress. Has had women cooking all his meals pretty much since he turned pro (again low stress). Has been injury free his entire career. Lives in a high altitude climate which is shown to be beneficial for health and longevity. He's also an intelligent guy who has the funds to get blood work done, afford various therapy treatments and deep tissue work. I don't see him having any major health issues, but then again Markus Ruhl never looked like the picture of health and he's still going strong so who knows.
