His cock neck and bloating midsection tells the situation.

Total (narrow) chump.

One thing to consider is that he only competes once each year.  I think the last time he competed more than once in a year was in 2011...that most likely helps his body a lot.  He basically needs to go on one cutting diet a year.  So he most likely doesn't have the receptor burnout that other bodybuilders may have.  And I don't mean to use that term in the sense that his cycles would be less efficient - I mean that in health terms; he has not taxed his body to the extent that most top pros have, and ultimately, I believe that has likely helped preserve his organ integrity - again, with respect to other pros roughly at his level.

My hope for Phil is that he wins two more Mr. Olympia contests, then retires at #9.  Everyone understands the need to beat the record held jointly by Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman, but if he goes for #10, judges may perceive that as a little greedy, and if he is even a wee bit off, they may give it to the next closest competitor.

Also, if Phil goes for #10, he would win it just shy of his 41st birthday, which is doable given that Ronnie won #8 at the age of 41.  But if Phil stops at #9, he will retire in 2019, just shy of his 40th birthday.

Remember the movie "Raising the Bar"?  I thought it was cool that the contest took place on the eve of Dave Pulcinella's 40th birthday.  I think it would be cool if Phil retired at 39, just shy of his 40th, and lowered the doses to TRT levels.  If he does that, I think he has the best chances of living a reasonable lifespan.

Ronnie is 53, so I would say Phil can live at least that long.  If he is smart and puts bodybuilding in the rear view, I can see him reversing some of the long-term damage that he has likely done by competing at the level he has competed at.

I hate to say this but if you look at his midsection and keep the recent autopsy of mccarver in mind it may be too late to for his organ integrity. I don't wish him any ill will but I don't think anyone at his level that's competing right now can escape damage from the combination of shit he's running.

They do read the boards. I was part of a bodybuilding group on fb and everyone could see Mike Quinn’s posts except me. He had blocked me. I have never communicated with him ever. But I recall posting here that he was a loose cannon. He got booted from the group for being an asshole and a loose cannon.

If anything he's probably one the healthiest guys in the entire IFBB. He turned pro in a few shows, He's competed once a year since pretty much the beginning of his career (so probably hasn't had to do a ton of cycles)  Has had huge contracts straight out the gate, so I don't see him having high levels of financial stress.  Has had women cooking all his meals pretty much since he turned pro (again low stress). Has been injury free his entire career. Lives in a high altitude climate which is shown to be beneficial for health and longevity. He's also an intelligent guy who has the funds to get blood work done, afford various therapy treatments and deep tissue work. I don't see him having any major health issues, but then again Markus Ruhl never looked like the picture of health and he's still going strong so who knows.

He’ll retire and live a long life (depending on genetics) always looks healthy, Cutler is the same way. Seems all or at least most of the past Olympia champions are living healthy lives but I do fear for Coleman
