ok so i did my usual full body workout today, i do that shit 3 times a week, not 2 times, not just once - three times! i dont see anyone else doing that?
anyway
after hitting back and chest and shoulders it was time for legs, i save the best for last
i did 3 sets of 10 on the leg press, then i did seated leg curls and decided to SUPERSET it with leg extensions! so i switch back and forth between those two machines for a total of 3 sets of 15 (!) on each machine!!!
needless to say i was pretty wasted after that, but i have no doubt that if i keep this up, i will make some significant gains in the months to come

it also feels good to be ahead of the new year resolution crowd, i do my shit three times a week, rain or shine, weekdays, weekends, i even was in the gym christmas day! and i will be there new years day too.
dedication and discipline is needed if you want to win in the iron game.
