I'm a naturally hardgainer/lean. Hence I eat everything to maintain size. Want to run 600 cyp and 300 deca 8 to 12 wks but will eat clean to minimize the water retention. Being that I will most likely be in a calorie deficit eating clean, will I be able to make gains in anyone's experience? First deca experience, always stuck with straight Cyp in the past.
5'10 200lbs about 9% or 10% bf. 40yrs old. I typically eat 4k to 5k cal/day. Expect to be about 3500 cal clean, 200g protein/day, if any of that helps.
