At the end of the day, multiple people have left because of Shizzo. We need to examine the collective response of the board and make the best informed decision. Thus, the poll allows for a democratic process to play out in an unbiased manner.

Appears to put a lot of importance on himself being on this board (unnaturally so) but conducts himself in an disagreeable manner that forces people to actually have an opinion on him.  Seems to have a pathological inability to recognise said poor behaviour either - even when described to him.

He needs to again go away from this board.  He is not part of us and we all know it and eventually you'll realise that (and I do mean eventually, because I have made basically the same post defending his level of annoyance, myself).

If he will not change (and he has very deliberately chosen to not do so), he must go.  He should be banned for a month, at which point he can come back and decide how he wants to act.  If he does it again, he should go for another month.

I've been talking to some mods about how we should treat Shizzo in the future if he is allowed back, i.e., disallowing him to talk about certain topics.

I wish the Founding Fathers could have foreseen the future and the birth of Shizzo and his potential behavior. They could have limited his free speech/expression.
