did the old drop the sodium for three days routine, fuck knows why I do it, this week keeping sodium high up until Thursday, cut back and keep the water going in all week until Friday night then stop the water and add in some sodium the morning of the show.
I went out after the show Saturday night and had Chinese food , Sunday morning dry full and 4lbs heavier.
Have been advised its the sodium that keeps you dry and full not the carbs.
Read about the monks who preserve their bodies after dehydrating for days they have a huge amount of salt which pulls all the water from their skin. it kills them, but I will be fine because I wont be dehydrated and wont be overdoing the sodium
