I've gotta small frame even though I'm 6ft3 n wear a size 12-13 shoe... Focusing on a big back and delts helps. Seems like guys with small frames focus too much on chest n biceps which makes it worse. (Fortunately, or unfortunately) I suffered a broken sternum after a sparring session which caused nerve damage in my chest early on, so I focused on back N triceps since about day 1 of bbing)
