I've gotta small frame even though I'm 6ft3 n wear a size 12-13 shoe... Focusing on a big back and delts helps. Seems like guys with small frames focus too much on chest n biceps which makes it worse. (Fortunately, or unfortunately) I suffered a broken sternum after a sparring session which caused nerve damage in my chest early on, so I focused on back N triceps since about day 1 of bbing)

It must suck having narrow frame, no matter how impressive they look shirtless they look untrained in normal fitting clothes

Even after not training since April until about December and being off gear entirely sense I don't know maybe June or so I was still 193 the first day I stepped in back in the gym. I generally dislike cos, however I have 3 as customers and was very close to becoming an lapd cop or.s.d. highway patrol (before my felonies/ misdemeanors, of course)... BLM? Whob gives a  shit. More white ppl are kill led by cops than blk. Shot, my last arrest they could be $hot me and been within their rights... Even with my standoff with SWAT they could have shot me and been within their rights... I had 5 red beans on my chest at the beginning and at the end when I surrendered face down on the floor getting zip tied behind my back I had five or seven red beans surrounding my head...

Your test was over 9k?  ::)  Why would the hospital check your hormone levels to begin with?
