What did Jay do in 2009 to achieve that look?  He was with Hany at the time - and for a veteran to come in looking like that...it all just makes me fear for his health.

In a 2010 MD interview after the Olympia, he stated that after the Olympia - prejudging, I think - he came home and basically keeled over into the fetal position due to dehydration.  He was about 5% less sharp in 2010.

So what was the secret?  I remember him mentioning making "some adjustments" between the prejudging and finals in his 2007 Mr. Olympia victory speech.  Ok...what adjustments?

I can't find the pics right now but before the '04 Arnold he was sickly shredded, but he ended up overdieting and looked flat as fuck at the show.

'09 Jay gets a lot of attention but he wasn't far off from that when he won in '06, which everybody seems to overlook

Its between Columbu and Dickerson for me... But, honestly, Columbu has to have been the worst Mr. O winner. Bow-legged and bitchtits that could feed a village of babies for a month. Not to mention I've been told by people who've met him he's kind of a jerk. Cutler wasn't the most aesthetic Mr. O, but he never had gyno and didn't look like he just finished riding a horse for 16 hours (the bow-legged part), and by all accounts (including my personal account), he's a super nice guy who truly loves fan support.
