I got Nike Shocks
They are very good for running
There actually pretty bad for long runnings,
they don't support your feet properly.
Somebody brought up Converse,
simple sneakers, and over the years they haven't done anything on airblocks, gels shockabsorbers,
you know why, cause it's marketingbullshit. Your feet are perfectly capable of making adjustments to the enviorment. Converse doesn't support the feet, it just protects it.
Nike has finally discovered it, and brings out the nike free.
Check out
http://www.runningbarefoot.org/ , shitty site, but it has a simple message, you don't need shoes.
A concept performerd by billions over the world, and guess what, the still have their feet.
So the next time if you see sneakers of +200 dollars , look, and pass on. They're selling you air, marketingair.
