In my opinion... if anyone is trying to insult and thereby get a response out of Jack, they're failing.You might want to pick a better target... he is handling this multi-faceted attack quite well. ;D

BUT on a serious note Jack,  You need to help out Macey and that dude that is her boyfriend.  They are HIGHLY DELUSIONAL.  That dude does not even know how to train naturally, nor does he ever have any gains that seem to stick around.  Why don`t you tell him whats up.

Jack is a bigger man than I am, both in and out of the gym .... I wouldnt mind training with him... at the end of the day Im on this board cause I love Bodybuilding and it gives me fuel to lift... Heck even if there were ten more pro divisions I just want to see the best physiques win and be judged fairly...
