So in a nutshell, I am "in shape", by normal people standards.

I would like to take it up a level, and I think starting a cutting diet at seven weeks out at the age of 35 would be a cool way to do it - to do something different. My friends would be impressed. I think seven weeks would be no major issue to commit to, as opposed to 12 to 16 weeks.
In other words, I think the odds of me quitting prematurely would be low, and I think I can get results in this area, for the first time in my life.
By run something, I mean ephedrine or a strong IronMagLabs supplement or...

. Anything really. Why not? It's for seven weeks.
And once again, after getting my fertility test results back with a total sperm count of 1.162 billion, I am not particularly concerned about fertility. Not to take it for granted, but I think it should be clear I am drug-free, but I am not necessarily opposed to taking something. Again, it's seven weeks, and a "one and done" type of thing.
