One of my favorite bodybuilders. Just don't often hear about how he trained. Anybody know this?

Five day split.  Sun/Sun off.

Sun - off day
Mon - Deca and Tren day
Tues - Test and GH day
Wed - EQ and Tren day
Thur - GH from cadaver day
Fri - Test and deca and tren day
Sat - off

...something like that.

Mon.   hard training with trey
Tue.    hard training with Leroy
Wed.   hard training with trarquin
Thu.    hard training with bobby
Fri.     hard training with Mikey
Sat     hard training with trey,Leroy,tarq,bobby and Mikey
Sun.   off

Try it and see where it gets you...
