I think the relevancy of this story is being vastly overstated. If you read between the lines, the real loser here is Paul Ryan, not Donald Trump.

If the republicans were a little bit smarter they would've gutted the entire bill and made some simple revisions.  Thrown grandma and grandpa off a cliff, eliminate all subsidies, eliminate coverage for pre-existing conditions and remove coverage for all illegal cucarachas and their children. I mean really go nuts. No repeal and replace. Just repeal the fucking thing so the few can suffer in favor of the many. The freedom caucus does summer salts, Ryan pats himself on the back for his phony leadership, Trump takes all the negotiating credit...No libtard LBGBT homo wet back spic queer snowflake or their constituents would vote for it anyway. Pack the bill with overt the top GOP talking points. Get it passed and then drop it in the Senate where it goes to die.

Politicians do not write laws.  Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer do not sit in their offices writing out scripts of laws and legislation; no politician does.  Politicians are the faces who sell legislation that unseen hands create.  The Big Club are the hands that create the legislation.

Move on to tax reform, get that bill signed and functioning before the midterms and let Obamacare fall on its own over the next 2 years.

Conservative Review editor Michelle Malkin said that Speaker Paul Ryan's (R-Wis.) should not have effectively given himself an "A for effort" in the wake of his ObamaCare replacement vote failure.

On Friday, Ryan said the House "came really close" to replacing ObamaCare, adding that he was proud of his caucus' work.

Malkin addressed Ryan, warning him not to "break your arm patting yourself on the back."

"That's not covered under ObamaCare or RINOcare," she said on "Fox & Friends".

She said that she is one of millions of people who have been harmed by Obamacare and that Ryan's "faux-peal" would not have made a difference.

Malkin said Ryan's remarks showed he wanted an 'A' for effort, but because conservatives are "measured by results and not rhetoric," he deserves a "big fat F."
