Actually, I don't believe many thought that the Ryan proposal was good, and there's been a lot of speculation around Trump himself favoring a single payer option.  Most people are glad this didn't pass, and that now there is the opportunity to improve the situation rather than make it worse.

But, back to the original statement - what do you propose for improvement?   Anything to offer besides smiley faces?
