we all train for our egos, no? Once your hips pivot from the back board of the hip sled you have gone to far. Guys that say they put their knees to their armpits are going to suffer more damage over time. Mike had a ridiculous amount of weight on the sled and while his range of motion is not all the way to his armpits his knees where close to touching his chest.
