Half rep ego training.  Results in no leg development whatsoever.  I've noticed this ROM has become the norm on the leg press.  People are idiots.

Yeah because Mike has no muscle at all and he is weak...... ::)

What was that fucking dog doing there?
Would it be at my gym I would have kicked the fuck out of it and it's owner.

he always brings his dog into golds gym. only person allowed to bring their dog in. i have a pic of it somewhere on my phone. it is just chillin on a bench.

one of my best bodybuilding moments was i caught mike o-hearn checking me out when i was blasting arms and had an epic pump. i saw him mirin hard - it felt  ;D

I didn't say that, you did.

He's not weak, but he is still ego training... what for?

I'd bet you do leg presses with half reps too.

You missed my point, I was being sarcastic ;D we all train for our egos, no? Once your hips pivot from the back board of the hip sled you have gone to far. Guys that say they put their knees to their armpits are going to suffer more damage over time. Mike had a ridiculous amount of weight on the sled and while his range of motion is not all the way to his armpits his knees where close to touching his chest.

and as such is a fucking moron

do you think that weight is going to make any difference at all to his leg development going forward as opposed to if he used half that weight?

Well too much weight or not. That moron as you call him is stronger than anyone posting on this board. That moron has a better build than anyone on this board. As far as I know that moron as you call him has so far suffered no major injuries and seems to be getting better with age. I sense jealously amongst the mob.

Mike's a douche.

A lying fake natty-average physique for a juiced guy.

That ROM is pathetic and standard for people that rely only on gear.

Get his penis out of your mouth or otherwise YOU=FAIL.

You have an obsession with the penis ?  I am no huge fa n of Mike's. I think it's funny that so many get butt hurt on here about him. The guy has created his own platform to make money is in great shape year round. Has a better build than most pros. Yes he lies about being a natural is obvious. Who cares? He has more experience than you or anyone else complaing about him. Pretty sure even off the roids the guy is strong. Jealousy is obvious here. I just respect how he has been able to keep his drive and fitness level up as long as he has. Yet you are the expert at all that is building a body and how to do so right? That's why everyone knows who you are and comes to you for training guidence right?  💪👌

Why does his face always look shiny?  It has a plastic look to it.

fillers (juvederm, dysport or botox) with chemical peels etc and prolly tons of lotion.
