   The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes, R-Calif., does not know “for sure” whether President Donald Trump or members of his transition team were even on the phone calls or other communications now being cited as partial vindication for the president’s wiretapping claims against the Obama administration, according to a spokesperson.

    “He said he’ll have to get all the documents he requested from the [intelligence community] about this before he knows for sure,” a spokesperson for Nunes said Thursday. Nunes was a member of the Trump transition team executive committee.

Saying he can't confirm who it was (to the media or public) is not saying he does not know who it was.

There is no way Nunes would ever say he knows "exactly" who was on which calls at what time when he hasn't seen all the documents. Even then that would require an assumption that the documents are 100% accurate....hence part of the need for a full investigation.

Interesting thing about this story is that it says Trump tried to interfere when Ford was moving production of the Focus to Mexico, but the entire reason Ford was doing that was so they could fulfill the terms of the contract and use the three American plants to produce newer models.
