If you look at men of any age that don't train, their triceps are noticeably smaller than their biceps.  Just because it has three heads vs the two of the biceps does not mean it has to be larger in  the real world.  If you train and your bicep looks like a softball on a tabletop, try doing something different to make your triceps grow or just do less with your biceps.

And now a translation for  black Wiggs (the original Wiggs) and white Wiggs:  trane de biceptuals and triceptuals for maximizationalizationism 'n' sheeit for sho' fo' snizze fo' realz in de realz world deys smaller dan yo' biceptuals.

'n' sheit.

I see old pics of me in my 20s and my tris were huge and hanging without even trying. Now, they are strong as fuck, but basically invisible. I am actually trying restricted blood flow training to try to blow some size into them.  ARTA is real.

Not sure when it started. I didn't notice it really until my mid-40's but it could have been going on for a while. FML.

have you tried restricting blood flow to your head? i hear that helps  :D

If it would put some size onto my tris, I probably would do that.

You have to find a way to hit the long head without destroying your elbows...

Trying the "more food, more carbs, carb cycling" approach ATM. Results pending. Getting bigger tris while sharpening up the abs is the goal. Minimal gas.

What kind of 50 year-old man talks like this? No wonder your wife found someone else.

Think you have your facts a bit messed up here.

Either way, why should being 50 prohibit someone from having this discussion?
