He can only lose money on the NOC show because that is the only one he's promoting. Any other promoter wanting to put a show on has to pay him $10K.

What will be the difference between the IFBB and PDI? Different contest format? Better prize money?What is their selling point? I am all for it personaly,I was just curious what they are promising the bbers,if anything,to get them to jump.Or is it just a lesser of two evils situation?

The way i see it.Wayne made the ifbb when he was with them.Now he has left it has went to the dogs big time.What this tells me is that the Wayne was the vital tool behind the success of the ifbb.
Now if he could do what he did for the ifbb and turn that around for the PDI then by 2010 when his shows reach their anticipated peak of 25 pro shows, then i think he will surpass the ifbb.
Just think, by 2007 Wayne has predicted he will have 12 - 15 pro shows.Thats a take home of well over $300,000 in prize money for the successful athletes.
What all the loyal ifbb fans out there have to realise is that Wayne was the man that made the ifbb what it was before AMI destroyed it.You are loyal to what Wayne created but arent loyal to what hes creating now. I'm 100% behind the PDI.The competition between the 2 organisations will only help the sport and the athletes.

Wayne left the IFBB dipshit. He was not willing to do certain things and could not come to an agreement so they requested he leave and he left. I have a funny feeling Knows Nothing is one of our favorites Pros to pick on here.

What will make the PDI work is whether or not "new blood" via the Nationals and USA. If the New Pros go to PDI then what will the IFBB have to work with? In my opinion there hasn't been a break-through rookie, although still waiting on Heath, to warrant New Pros to compete in the IFBB for maybe up to 3 to 5 years and still not place 5. Unless these New Pros are signed by IFBB, they will still have to work a job, train for and diet for a show then compete, and with the level of competition at the bigger shows, top 5 is not attainable, however if they make just a little money from PDI shows, I'm sure they would tell their buddies to come on over.

Maybe Ron (or another mod) could tell us if his IP address matches anyone elses. However, with the influence the pros have on this board (i.e. them being able to delete posts, threads, etc) I doubt it will happen or I doubt we'll hear the truth.
