Behind the neck presses can be very bad.  If it feels weird or unatural in movement dont do it.  Stick with dumbells or front presses.  Also behind the neck pull downs can really hurt you to

Behind the neck presses are great if your body lets you do them.  Some people do not have the mechanics for that movement.  Just be careful and no your body.

looks like a pinched nerve.  ice the area several times a day.  do you feel numbness in your right (i assume) arm/fingers?  when i pinched a nerve it took me several visits to the chiropractor, some physical therapy sessions, and lots of massage sessions.  could barely sleep for the first 2-3 days.  never did bnps since then....
