It's been a long road..

Pretty sure most of you guys remember me from back in the day. Physique wasn't much to speak of. I'm 225 these days, learned a lot about training and diet through trial and error.

 Best lifts are 405 close grip bench 455 regular, dumbbell  seated military press 130 for 6 and 275 standing (strict).... 405 front squat and 500 back squat (no wraps or belt ). Dl is 600. Once I get my dl in the 700 range and my squat to 600  I will compete in strongman. Woukd like another 10-15lbs of lean tissue. I'm 24. Will post diet and training later..

Considering I've been stuffing my face and training like an animal for the past 4 years  to get to this size. I'm ectomorphic by nature. I need a ton of volume and food to grow. If I slack I shrink..
