See the real truth is that a lot of people are extremely selfish and this is what happens when a selfish person wants what a selfish person wants.  The selfish person wants it all.

I was on the other end of a selfish person doing what a selfish person wants (not cheating, just someone doing the wrong thing) and it took me four years to properly compartmentalise the situation and truly 100% shrug my shoulders and say "bad beat".
