I may compete sooner than that.
Honesty you look maybe 50lbs over competition weight. Not hating on you but that's what I see. And I doubt you're A big gear user so 10wks might be a tad too soon.
More like a 100lbs over, seriously. He wasn't ever below 12% even onstage, still had at least 40lbs to lose.
Well, it's my show to worry about....im fine on training and dieting
Right now I'm just doing cardio and getting myself to a competitive state...then I'll just pick a show nearby to do.
You know, I have a really nice thread on this event and you guys are pissing in it for no good reason. Just be prepared for the consequences.
Go for it Vince.....just don`t set up a timeline until you are in contest condition. There`s always time and always another contest looming on the horizon.Stay focused!!
V³ is caught in a time loop like Tom Cruise in "Edge of Tomorrow". Except he doesn't have Emily Blunt with him and is stuck with ol' googlie eye instead. Which is why he keeps allowing himself to blow his diet and repeat the day until he is finally free...Free at last!
Emily Blunt tom cruise moves me.I would spend years defiling her.
I may compete sooner than that. Really depends on when I'm in striking range. I'll have to find someone to help out the day before. Certainly can't get ________ to come. Isn't into bodybuilding
A little less than that but I'm not going to rush onstage. My body has been acting weird but it's likely due to the thorizide I take
At our age - HIIT is really the way to go - you wont lose muscle mass, and you will get lean fast and be healthy.
HIIT is great, but it can work against you when perform it too often. John Meadows wrote an excellent article on this, https://www.t-nation.com/training/regular-cardio-will-make-you-fat
I don't think Vince needs to be worried about that.
