No , that's not how investigations work. Once a crime is suspected to have occurred, then an investigation takes place to gather evidence. The crime being investigated is Russia's involvement in influencing the election. That investigation includes gathering evidence
to figure what Americans were involved and what their roles were. Part of that investigation includes a criminal investigation of Michael Flynn.

Comey's comments to Trump were time sensitive and likely filtered. "The Dems said there was nothing"....are you living in an alternative universe? As far as your take on what the world is saying renders you mental or just plain dumb. You understand incorrectly. Mueller does not have to resign. Sean Hannity, conservative talk show host suggested he and Rosenstein should resign. Intelligent people ignore folks like Mr. Hannity......much like they probably ignore your rants.
