2 hours of arm training and I think i got them pumped up to 19 inches naturally :)

this is what I did:

rope pressdowns: 2 set warm ups
close grip bench: 2wus 225x9 235x6 225x6 225x5 drop to 205x4
lying french curl: 2wus 90x9 x10 x10
rope pressdowns: 80x20 90x15 100x12 110x12
dips: bwx15 bw+25 x 10 x 8 x8

barbell curl: 2 wus 95x10 115x8 125x6
hammers: 30sx15 35sx12 40x12 50x10
preachers: 32.5sx12 40sx10x8x7 superset with one arm cable rope pressdowns: 60x10 x10 x8 x8 x8
incline curls: 40s x 10 x8 x8 x8

barbell wrist curls 35x40x30x25x20 going easy

On top of that I made fun of the little pesonal trainer their. I told him that my forearms where the size of his legs.

I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger now. :) Somebody go get me a medal or a sandow.

close grips
skulls
reverse grips
one arm extentions
dips

barbell curls
preacher curls
dumbell curls
seated dumbell curls
standing ezee curls
hammer curls
pinwheel curls
every curling maching

Arm workouts are retarded, you could be accomplishing so much doing heavy compounds rather than faggy arm exercises all day. And to do arms for 2 hrs strraight.. ::) Dumbass

Shit how did you know tomorow was leg day? you been following me around or something. Actually i am thinking more along the lines of 20set squats. But they are already too big so I won't do those again until I need to bring them up.

Do loadsa sets compounds, then if uv dun that properly u dont need to do alot of arm sets.no point.

i disagree
i train very heavy compounds and my arms didnt start to grow until i added lighter iso movements

Let me offer some breaking new's here: Two hour arm workouts are not hardcore. Two hour arm workouts are manuel labor, not smart training. You could accomplish more by digging a ditch for two hour's. True, you would have an empty hole in the ground but that would be at lease something. After your pump goes away and your back to your 15 1/2" guns, you will have nothing to show for two hours of wasted time after all.

Hardcore training, and the progressive growth that follows, can be done in 15 minutes (or less) of selected arm exercises or any other body part for that matter. That would be from 3 to7 sets max, depending on the muscle group. Good Luck.

How big are your arms?

Mine are 18 and my 2 training partners which are 5'10" 190pds are over 18 closer to 18 1/2 - 19.

No malice towards you, but: Of course you measured your gun's first thing in the morning after getting out of bed with a steel, narrow width tape. Not even brushing the teeth or squeezing your chunky monkey before measurement. Those plastic & cloth tapes tend to stretch out or shrink way too much for a true size gage. If that's your picture and you claim 18" arms than you must be seven foot tall. And what does your straight forearm measure, 17"? Try laying off working out for 2 or 3 week's and I would guess you arms get smaller in size if your just depending on the pump.

I haven't done any true direct arm work (curls or tricep exercises) in years because they grow way too much. I settle for heavy compound movements to take care of the arms. I don't know how large my arm's are and I really don't care. Good Luck with your creative writting skills.

I measure my arms cold. In those pics posted by CT they where 17 1/2 inches cold. But I was sick and still am but getting better. Now that I train high volume again I feel like king kong again :) I will see where this leads me. If I don't make any gains within maybe 3 months I will switch to Steve Reeves training.
