only a few days into this diet and I'm already making progress

feels damn good    8)

I was hoping to go from a buck 77 which is where I am now to a buck 65 dropping by from 16-17 to 7-8

but now it looks like I'll be able to stay a current weight but recomp thanks to macro manipulation

my previous diet was cookies dipping in coconut fat and other junk but now that I was upped the protein and dropped most junky shirt it's working like MAGIC

feck yeah! feeling damn good bout dis

light compound movements to failure high reps perfect form, rest paused till failure then superset with totally dif body part

finish off with lower back exercise to stay healthy

3to4 sets count reps ....youll do the workout again a couple days see if u get more reps


youre working out wrong if ur not the same strength or better in 3 days

if u train everyday u should get a job or hobby instead

slight calorie deficit but huge macro manipulation

calories not down more than 300 or so I think

but.... now I'm taking in 240 protein per.day from complete protein sources only, I do not count protein from incomplete proteins

before I was taking in maybe 100-120 grams protein per day and very high fat and high carb

just finished preacher curls and got 6 reps with 44 kg,  my previous PR was 39 kg for 5

do up 1 rep with plus 5 kg sure is an increase me thinks ;-)

Exactly!!! i'm from columbus, ohio, the home of westside barbell, multiple world powerlifting champs! and yeah, i'm no squatter, but i used to do bp comps and one of my good friends was a world-class bench press competitor. anyways, this kid is squatting 605 for 9 without knee wraps, i guaren-g*d-damn-tee he could squat 800 plus in a meet!

I live near Europe now

haven't had contact  with Blakey or Lorimer for nearly 15 years

I need trained at West side, I trained at World Gym in Worthington Ohio

anyways diet does make a difference and  you need lots of complete proteins

alcohol is a terrible drug, and it fucked me up for many years
