Barry's daughter's diet as per her Instagram is as follows:
Meal 1: Rice cake with Nutella
Meal 2: Chicken with veggies
Meal 3: Protein shake
Meal 4: almonds/raisins/dried apple crisps
Meal 5: Organic peanut butter on all grain waffle.
Alkalized water is sipped on throughout the day. Will sub a type of beef usually around 6oz in meal 4.
