Anyone use zma and tribulus?

I used zma for 3 months thinking I was in store for incredible gains...... I didn't notice a single improvement. 

Victor Conte was the inventor of the zma stack and he had his athletes push his product while they were using the "cream and clear".

Lots of people say ZMA helps sleep and gives vivid dreams. Lots of people swear plain magnesium helps sleep, it's been shown in studies too. Unless you're deficient in zinc or mag it wont increase test.

Tribulus doesn't increase test but may increase libido.

Like the others, I did notice better sleep with the ZMA. That being said, I also noticed the same off of standard cheap Zinc and Magnesium. Not sure on the dreams, but it was a nice calm, restful sleep.

No strength gains, fullness, etc.....

I've never seen a successful human trial for tribulus. It works great for rats though.

Helps injuries and niggles go away, but as i said its like taking a low dose of an oral, you can tell your taking somthing, I only ever use it when I come off, good to run through pct too

You have to go for the high mg versions, I'm using USP super cissus, there's other brands tho

You reminded me that I have an almost full bottle of the stuff. Let's see if I notice something from it.

The thing with brands like USP is you never know if there's some other shit in it, could even be steroids., I mean you say it almost feels like an oral    
My bottle says 400mg 50% ketosteroids.

This. None of these non-drug supplements do anything. The only stuff that ever worked (aside from steroids/GH)  were the prohormones Patrick Arnold pioneered- and of course these were really  drugs.

Same goes for protein powders. Complete waste of money.
