Looks like he's put on some size. Got to talk to him every night for a couple weeks back when he was getting readynfornthe Feriggno legacy. His wife would sit at the table up by my desk and hang out with my gf at the time while he did cardio and practiced posing till i closed up at midnight... Sometimes past midnight if he wasn't done. Was always friendly. I assume he's still working with Cormier. Back then Chris was working a lot with him on bringing out all the small little details which I think is what helped him win that show and also what'll shown this upcoming

there is the tipping point or the your almost there but this is what you need to really do to move up or winners chance and now is the time,clearly the upping the dose fits here with eating and going for it,with comes the sides good or bad no hair/fuller stomach area but all the big boys get it somehow or way nowadays,,90's guys things ere a bit different maybe better compounds or dosages per what you getting.today upping the dose gives you the 'freak or chemically look 'that was missing a bit in the smaller version of oneself.its the game unfortunately and that's why classic is appealing for some'still a drug game'but to a lesser extent or the guys doing it know how due to genetics'hair/skin/overall look'know how to keep it minimal and less abusive
