Your intestines got longer. Food stays in your digestive system longer which makes it more efficient at extracting nutrients.

Your poop is now denser as there is very little undigested/partially digested food in there which is the main reason for floaters.

I don't know, I always felt more powerful after dropping a good one. Disorder, then a serene emptiness. I imagine Curtis Lemay felt the same way during WWII.
