There is zero evidence of a crime being committed.  Even though there is zero evidence of "collusion," even if there were, collusion isn't a crime.

Even though the raid happenning right after testifying is a very aggressive move that happened under McCabe, failing to register as a foreign agent is a felony and both Manafort and Flynn did not register while they acted in that capacity.
