This has been generally outlawed by DeMillia, and now Manion.
The WBF athletes that came back in 93 had to pay fines proportional to their wages (odd arrangement)

former WNBF and IFPA (natural orgs) pros, had to promise not to compete in those orgs again, when they competed in the NPC
When a rival org posposed to have a contest the same weekend as the NPC USAs, the NPC (Manion) threatened to suspend any athlete that was thinking of jumping ship
Over 20 years ago, i recall reading an article in flex where Jean Pierre Fux was fined for simply guest posing in a rival org
So despite Ron toeing the line (in another thread), it would be surprising for the IFBB to not discpline/fine Kai
for posing / participating and making money with another org, especially over Olympia weekend.
The controlling nature of Manion et al is what would make such an outcome surprising.
