I work and workout 4 hours/day/5 days/week/ 4 hours ar 12reps, 9reps,6 and 3. In week ends i  make 1 hour sessions of two muscle grups, 3 min pause. The objective purpose of true bodybuilding is the emergence of a better body and mind from continuos improvement in speed, force and resistance. Training for image/ beauty peagent is pure faggoty, if u dont grow thats it, it means nothing.

no one in real life cares what you lift, they only care about how you look...

I had some daft twat telling me last night his mate benches 200 kilos, I told him I bench 60 kilos, he didn't believe me of course because I looked better than his fat buffoon of a mate.
it depends what u feel like matters

400 pound bench yes thats impressive one rep

its very difficult to compare apples n oranges, a 400 pound 1rm max may equate to benching a total of 112,000 pounds per week wich is all his reps and poundages he lifted that week for chest hypothetically

in theory he may or may not be able to complete 33% more workload if he took 6 days off from chest and tried a monster chest workout totaling 145,000 pounds

in theory he may or may not get stronger this way

No. It matters improving all base :max weight lifted, number of series and reps with that max, and number of days of training with that weight until u reach the next max aka strenght, speed and endurance.
im saying the way to increase ur ability to lift the most weight possible is not training with near max weights to avoid injury and build volume capability wich will slowly increase max weight

In theory the heavy you are the stronger you will be.  A 600 lb person walking 100 yards a day is twice as strong as a 300 doing the same thing.

Felons weight gain was a straight power move

correct and should they do a 1000yards in a day and take six days off or just do 100 yards every day, wich will build more???

During my 32 years training I have no doubt that volume is what builds size.  Sets and more sets, performed with moderate/heavy weights in the 8-12 rep range.  Full recovery is necessary before training the muscle again.  That is going to depend on age and if natty or not.

if real non pumped size is gained so is strength

the more sets and reps the better , keeping a journal is key

once u got the idea and are prepared you must achieve near infinite energy for such brutal workout

hopefully that db will roll onto your foot
Did u seriously think by posting that pic that people would commend u for training in your office?
It's not cool it's not hardcore it doesn't make u an inspiring individual
And don't even try to say you're so busy and important that you have no time to get to the gym so u have to train at home
Anyone that does business with u should run far away because you're in outer space if u think you've got it figured out by training in your dumb home office
