Getting Back

I haven't lifted for 2 and a half months, I was making really good gains and then baseball came around and I couldn't hit the gym with the same intensity... anyway, I was wondering what sets and reps you recomend for getting back into the gym... I was thinking higher reps like 8 to 10... let me know what you think - thanks for your help.

keep em high 8-12 sounds abt right. short, frequent workouts, splits suck balls.
