I thought he would retire from the sport in the next few years because of health problems. Didn't expect him to drop dead. These guys never come off and walk around at 330+ lbs. Recipe for disaster.

Could have choked on food, heart attack etc. Won't be known until the autopsy is complete. That being said regardless of the cause, my condolences to his family and loved ones.

Either way, it still sucks.

At that age it is just really rare that the cause of death is atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries causing a heart attack even with the steroid usage. arrhythmia may be a possibility.

Not sure what difference it'll make, but who knows. It isn't going to "show" or "confirm" to anyone that he wasn't in his healthiest state as a competing BBer at his level, because I think we all know that's true of anyone with abnormally high weight. That's life.

And it won't make the unfortunate reality of his death any "better" or "worse" or anything like that. Not at all.
