It's extremely possible that he had a heart attack while eating and choked as a result leading to endless speculation about drug use and associated body weight as the catalyst for the heart attack.

That's where almost everyone in this thread wants this to go so they can pull up their old post history where they predicted Dallas' death and callously say, "told you so!"

That's all this comes down to for majority throwing out accusations.

What's funny is that in this sport that's like predicting that leaves will end up on the ground in a forest during the fall.

I hear you always talk about "personal responsibility," but seems you only tout those words when it fits your agenda.

He is still responsible for hiring gurus and listening to their advice. He could have ignored their advice.

Either way, we are all influenced by distal and proximal factors.

So if an adult commits a crime because of external factors, would there be enough blame to go around? Or does it solely rest with the individual? If you say it rests solely  with the individual, then the same logic should be applied to Dallas.

I just listened to Palumbos video on RX and he mentioned Dan Decker. I swear on everything just a couple of weeks ago Dan and I were talking about McCarver I mentioned how he looked unhealthy in pics. As a matter of fact my exact words were "he's going die if he doesn't watch it".

Until we get more info, you do NOT know the cause of death - only speculation.  Obviously, it was chocking.  If there are other reasons, eventually the report will come out.  But for now, many of us are quite saddened by this untimely passing.

Damn, Josh found him... was out of the room, maybe talking to family, listening to music, whatever.  Worst feeling every to come into something like that.

Like I said, we do not know what happened.

Choking or not bodybuilding has taken even more of a turn for the worse. This kid was too young.

It's possible he choked, the rapper Prodigy choked to death on an egg about a month ago. So it does happen. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a heart attack though. He has it, drops, and the food he was eating stays stuck in his mouth, leading folks to think he choked. Also he was lean #330 plus according to reports. That's huge, and pretty unhealthy by even bodybuilding standard. That's #50 - #100 plus pounds than even the hugest guys just 20 years ago.
