You are forgetting something. Where do you think starting and continual program is? The black community. Undermine the black family with "social programs", and a certain type of "I don't need a man" feminism. And then mass incarceration of black men (and killing of black men) through "the drug war". It's an attack on men and the family, period. Without a strong male figure and a strong family unit, and women feuding with men, who is seen as protection for the family? The government.
And it all started with the "Great Society". The Democraps are primarily to blame but false Republicans are in bed with 'em on a variety of subjects. Welfare is indentured servitude. It affects everyone, not just black people but all Americans. Margaret Thatcher said it best - "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other peoples money."
To that one should add, "And those whose money you've taken run out of patience".
There are welfare leeches all over America and they come in every size, shape, color, sex and denomination. The Democraps preach "equality" but demand it only from those they feeeeeeeel are "better" than them and/or their constituents.
