I know at least 12 people (13 if you count me) who've used finasteride on an ongoing basis for a year or more. Not one reported any of that copy/paste side effects disclaimer and some, like me, were much more virile on it than off. You only hear about sides on hair boards because the ones it works for don't feel the need to report the fact.

It's actually funny you say Brazil because I say that a lot in random conversations I have with people. When they bring up diversity, I just say "look at Brazil. Do you think Brazil is thriving?" I guess the point of my post was to say that Trudeau's ideal world is just not possible. It hasn't, doesn't and never will exist.
My urologist prescribed Proscar for over thirty years to treat an enlarged prostate. Over the course of this treatment, I experienced all of these side effects. The damage taking Proscar did to me was permanent. The one positive side effect the doctor kiddingly mentioned was that it might help grow back hair on my bald head. Unfortunately, that never happened. I'm still as bald as ever. Furthermore, it did nothing to prevent me from getting prostate cancer several years ago. In my case Finasteride - Proscar was a total failure.
Many Western nations will end up far worse then Brazil. At least Brazilians all share the same religion and similar values because of it. Western nations will just end up with a complete mishmash of races, ideologies, religions, identities, values...etc
