Mike has been at the top of the fitness industry since around the beginning of 1991.  In a video interview [I believe it may have been an RXMuscle Live with Dave Palumbo], O'Hearn stated that Joe Weider discovered him in the audience at the 1990 Mr. Olympia when he was 21 years old.  I think Joe Weider said something to him to the effect that Mike needed to be on a magazine cover.  How many people have stayed at the top of the fitness industry for that long?  I suppose you could say Darrem Charles is still looking pretty good for almost 50, now competing in the Classic Bodybuilding division, having won a whopping FIVE Classic Bodybuilding contests last year, and one this year:

But generally speaking, how many people have three decades at the top of the physique world?  Only genetic freaks can do that.  If he can keep up appearances for another three years, O'Hearn can claim to have had a 30-year career as a bodybuilder and cover model.  Not to mention he is/was extremely strong, and was apparently a Judo champion.  I am unclear if the martial arts background has been confirmed though.  Ultimately, O'Hearn is a freak, and aside from claiming to be natural, he is extremely good at what he does.

Personally I have nothing against steroid use.  It would be ridiculous to follow the bodybuilding industry for as long as I have while having a problem with steroid use.  Some men are fine being their natural/comfortable weight, while some would ratherbebig.  I get it.  But does he really have to go around boasting about being clean, and stating that those who accuse him of using steroids are weak?  Come on now.  It's rational to assume O'Hearn uses steroids.  To think that O'Hearn uses steroids doesn't make a person insecure or anything like that.  O'Hearn really needs to stop this line of speaking.
