Just get fat and bloated without right gear
Today ate large pizza later 4 chicken breast from KFC and lastly double 1/4 wit cheese large fry and 2 double cheeseburgers and had a large cola with each 3 meals
Large pizza maybe 100g protein; roughly around 2400 calories
4 chicken breast 160g protein; 1560 calories
Double 1/4 is 47g protein; 740 calories
2 Double Cheeseburgers; 42g protein; 720 calories
Large Fry 560 Calories
3 x Large Coke is 960 calories
So total of roughly 7000 calories and 350g protein...
Ummm ok... you shove down 7000 calories and weigh a buck sixty???
