keep reading on other forums how these toads who run deca complain about becoming bloated turds on it, well not me 😎

feels good to have such great genetics and even today one of my buds who saw these pics of me on deca said... "you have great genetics" and then when i told him that i ate either mcdonalds or pizza every single day he said "wow!" and didnt believe me 😜

my diet is not really structered, today i had this

1. 2 tablespoons pro powder and coffee with cream and sugar

2. 6 slices of white cheese with nutella spread on them

3. can of tuna with tabasco sause and peanut butter with nutella chocolate mixed in

4. 1 chicken breast with hot mustard sause and again the cheese with nutella spread

up to 100 mg of winny and it aint doing goddamn shit for me except making me lathergic  Sad Angry Angry Angry

That diet is atrocious dj, you can do better than that

so what are you diet guidelines?

6 meals a day each meal with some pro/carb/fat?

if you can write me up a meal plan with just 3 or 4 meals per day, with one of those meals coming from mcdonalds or pizza slut each day then i will follow it

oh, and i did indeed look like this eating a pizza slut or mcds meal every single day FACT

i went from 146 to 190 in 10 weeks time under the tutaledge of doc Blakely and this was before i ever used gear

in this pic im sitting @ a buck 82 so it was at about the 8th week mark i believe

yeah but did you actually follow his "diet" 100% or did you cut corners?

Looking at your current anorexic diet I cannot picture you eating that much ie 4 mcdonalds breakfast sandwiches plus hash browns all soaked in mayo, 45 minutes straight at a chinese buffet, followed by and extra large pizza with everything on it plus half a bottle of olive oil.

No way you followed that dude

that diet was for slave tate who weighted bout 260 whdn he started it

my diet was eat all i can which cams out to 5 grand cals i shit you not

went from 146 to 190

you dont think an obsessive athlete lke me could do crazy shit lol

us ocd athletes do whatever it fuckong takes

for example, L Bird shoot hoops til his fucking hands would bleed

overeating only makes you fat

the most deca i ever ran was 600 per week and if this deca is dosed at 250 per ml then i will be running 875 per week

I had the belly thing going on when I was in my late 20's and did a course of D-bol. It felt good to finally have some size, even if it was partly fat.  Grin

got the stuff ans just injected a gram of deca  Cool

ill inject another 500 on weds

and then 500 two more times next week on sat and weds and then after settle on 750 every sat

according to gayson blahahahhahhahhha after 3 weeks there is no need to inject it more often than once a week

also if i can 20-25 pounds by then i will probably go down to 500 a week

prerfect weight for male body beautiful in my case is a buck 75-80

I agree 100% plus for most of us gear will only improve training and eating results a bit, but will never turn us into people who are stage ready so to speak.

i train like a dweeb while on and if i take the right compounds (ie. in my case deca or tren) i make outstanding progress

training is just about stimualting and working the muscle to get it to respond but you dont even have to work very hard (again if the right compounds)

i trained much harder on test and looked worse than when i took deca and trained half ass
